Manufacturing the body of the cooling boxes from prefabricated panels / Or FRP. injected with polyurethane with a density of 40 kg/m3, sandwiched between two layers of fiberglass 10 cm thick, with lower options available (5 cm and 7 cm).
- PVC wood supports are installed inside the panels to connect the iron supports to them to install the body within the structural supporting aluminum frame with panels on each side of a thickness of 10 cm.
- Aluminum corners measuring S- 9 x 9 cm with a thickness of up to 4 mm are installed for assembly from the outside, while from the inside, aluminum corners of 4 x 4 cm are installed with a (PP/ WD) angle attached to them in the form of a quarter circle, the ends of which are finished with a layer of heat-treated rubber.
Install/Add of the aluminum frames for mounting the rear doors.
Providing All The doors- Back door and side door with original hinges, handles and accessories made of stainless steel *Other options available.
A rubber rubber pad (5 blades or 3 blades) is installed on the door frame.
Installing clips to secure the door to the sides of the box in the open state.
Installing side doors in numbers and sizes according to the client’s desire.

We Providing The Box refrigeration units: Cooling And Freezing from Volga Refrigeration VOLGA HVAC ®
All Volga refrigeration units, VOLGA COOLING TECHNOLOGIES. whether Cooling or freezing units, are equipped with a full-access digital control control and are installed inside the vehicle’s cabin, allowing full access to control from turning off and on the unit to the possibility of full control to configure the unit and settings and control and read the required temperatures.
The units are equipped with a reciprocating type compressor *Other options available that runs on the car engine *other options are available, and the unit can also be equipped with a compressor that operates on alternating current according to the customer’s request.
The external unit is installed on the appropriate side - depending on the model and design of the car for the cooling boxes and is designed inside a dynamic - streamlined body made of fiberglass * Other options are available, in line with the appearance of the car, specially developed and designed by the Global Cooling Tower Factory in cooperation with the American Volga Cooling Technologies Company . The Box' Internal Floor
We make sure that all floors of the box are made of polyurethane with a density of 40 kg/3 m, injected between a layer of hot-galvanized iron sheets at 90 degrees and coated with Heracite on one side and a layer of polywood on the other side with a thickness of 12 to 14 cm.
The floor is provided with a thick but lightweight layer of fiberglass over a layer of polywood to create an unpolished surface to facilitate the logistical operations of loading - unloading - moving - preparing.

The fiberglass layer on the interior floor is characterized by the long life of the unit and helps in easy cleaning of the floor and its ability to withstand cleaning and treatment with cleaning fluids and its good tolerance to sterilization and disinfection work.
A 12 cm high separator is made on the side of the wall studs in order to prevent any liquids from leaking between the walls and the internal Boxes' floor.
The internalBox' floor is reinforced with Hot dip galvanized steel.GI. Galvanization sch. 90 beams to secure the box and its components to the roof of the car.
The box accessories
We manufacture cool boxes, freezer boxes, and storage boxes, and each type comes with special accessories that are compatible with the type of box and the required purpose it should serve. Overall, they are a cornerstone for making the most of the cool box, which are as follows:
Internal structural or non-structural dividers: Internal dividers are installed to help separate or arrange products or to partially control temperatures to utilize the box space as needed.
APS plastic curtains: Strips of APS plastic are installed directly behind the doors to help protect and insulate the box from cold leaking outside the box - and to reduce the effect of heat entering from the outside during opening.
Internal shelves are manufactured and installed as needed and are made with multiple options such as PVC or 304 stainless steel, in flexible sizes and measurements upon request.
Meat hangers: Meat hangers made of 304 or 316L stainless steel are installed inside the box. They are fastened tightly and are very strong to bear the required weights.
