In this regard, at the Global Cooling Tower Factory, for more than three years, our engineers and technicians have visited all regions of the kingdom in all seasons to record numerous data such as ambient air temperature, seasonal temperature differences, and humidity measurements for study during the design of cooling units. Believing in the importance of exchanging expertise and forming partnerships, our staff conducted exploratory and field visits to some transport and supply service providers to note their observations and suggestions, taking them into account when developing, manufacturing, and designing products.
We also entered into an exclusive partnership with the USA. company VOLGA. USA, a leader in cooling technologies, from which we also obtained accreditation from the American Institute of Cooling Technologies CTI.USA to ensure our customers have high-quality and long-lasting cooling devices.

Research and Development Phase:

In the research and development stages, we focused on two pillars: quality and efficiency. Based on these, we began studying:

Transportation movement.
Average transportation trips.

The most popular car models in this field to measure their torque and capabilities.

Taking into account the air flow rate, which most manufacturers overlook, to provide devices that employ environmental factors to increase the efficiency of cooling/freezing for our units.

Unit Design:
In the design phase, we utilized the expertise of the industrial cooling and heat transfer department in our factory to measure several factors, such as the color absorption rate for temperatures. Consequently, we relied on our engineers' expertise in thermal loss to achieve the best shades of white to reduce the external unit's exposure to heat. The result of this collaboration is smaller devices with higher efficiency that benefit from the harsh climatic factors in the kingdom and the Middle East to reduce energy waste.

Exclusive Partnerships:

Our partnership with the American cooling technology company VOLGA.USA has resulted in redefining the concept of insulated boxes of both types, polypropylene panels, and fiber in all its forms. We conducted several tests, such as calculating thermal loss rates and surface temperatures, to tailor them to achieve a "thermal balance" between the box and the cooling unit, which is one of our most distinctive features in the market.

Production Stage:
Confident in the products we manufacture, we started this stage in reverse. We provided after-sales services such as extended warranties and annual inspection appointments before opening the production line of units to ensure customer trust before, during, and after setup.
